H.M.A.S. Canberra 1928 - 1942 Plaque

Description
Bronze plaque dedicated to the memory of H.M.A.S. Canberra, during service with the Royal Australian Navy between 1928 and 1942. The vessell was sunk during the Battle of Savo Island on 9 August 1942, with the loss of 84 individuals. The plaque displays the vessel's crest and a description of the sucesses throughout its service.
