Vertical stone faced with the Rising Sun badge and the Samford District Roll of Honour. The Roll lists 14 WWI, 5 WWII and 1 Korean War service personnel. Additionally there is a dedication plaque below the main roll. On the four corner extremities of the memorial at ground level, there are small plaques dedicated to and recognising the conflicts in which Australians have fought.
