A grand timber panelled Honour Board displaying nine columns of names in gold painted lettering, on three larger panels.

The Board is topped by simple timber capitol carving with column facades on the flanks. The 'Shire of Landsborough Roll of Honour' title sits at the pinnacle, 'World War' and the dates 1939 and 1945, are displayed on either side.
The columns list approximately 576 names on the main board. The names are designated according to those killed, wounded or missing.
