Black granite stone Cairn sits on a gray granite stone base with Australian Commonwealth Military forces badges on sides and Australia Returned and Services League badge and letterings on front of the Cairn.

Warwick dedicated the World War II memorial on 25 April 1992 to match a South-East Asian memorial erected in 1990.

THIS MEMORIAL IS DEDICATED TO ALL SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN OF WARWICK AND DISTRICT WHO SERVED THEIR COUNTRY DURING THE 1939 - 1945 WAR/LEST WE FORGET
