A sandstone block set on a pebbled aggregate concrete base in the shape of the Rising Sun. Plaques commemorating individual conflicts have been set into each of the rays of the sun. The rear of memorial is framed with a rosemary hedge and fence.

This memorial was commissioned by the Kenmore-Moggill RSL Sub Branch and partially funded by a grant from Department of Veteran's Affairs. Funding was also provided by Brisbane City Council and the ANZAC Day Commemorative Committee (Queensland). The Memorial was dedicated on ANZAC Day, 2006.
