Concrete plinth, supporting a marble tablet dedicated to the service personnel of the Royal Australian Navy and associated units, and the Merchant Navy, who made the supreme sacrifice in time of conflict.

Memorial erected by Bundaberg Sub Section and Coral Coast Sub Section, Naval Association of Australia. Dedicated by Padre W.R. Pearson M.N.S.C, R.A.N.R, Retd; 14 June 2003. The February Service is held on the Sunday closest to the anniversary of the Voyager Disaster. This memorial is a focal point for the service on 3 September for International Mariners Day and also marking Battle for Australia and Australian Flag Day.
