This Honour Board was initiated by the Bundaberg Vietnam & South East Asia Veterans Association which ceased to exist in 2000. Initially displayed in the RSL Sub Branch with two Australian Flags that had been carried in the Vietnam Veterans Parade, Canberra 3 October 1992, Vietnam Memorial Dedication day.
During renovations, the flags were removed and the Honour Board relocated to the Vietnam Veterans Association's Drop In Centre to be a part of their tribute to all Vietnam Service personnel. New flags were inserted.
The originalflags are to be utilisedin a future commemorative proposal. The Centre includes display of many unit plaques, photos and maps.
