Caloundra Royal Australian Navy Corvettes Association Plaque
Bronze plaque recessed into an upright concrete plinth. The plaque commemorates the Second World War service of Royal Australian Navy crews of the fifty-six 'Bathurst' Class Corvettes. The plaque displays the Corvette Association crest, followed by the dedication. Those who sacrificed their lives are particularly remembered.
