Located beside the State School, McKenzie St, 45km north-west of Brisbane
Dayboro QLD 4521

Column with dome on top and unusual rifle and ammunition belt carving, with pillars and crossed flags, set on a white painted stepped base. The monument is off the road, set on a grass strip beside the driveway into the State primary school.


Inscription reads: Erected by the residents of Dayboro and District. Honour Memorial 1914-1919. Died on Service, and lists 15 names. Honour Rolls list 34 soldiers who returned. A further plaque lists 6 names of those Killed on Service 1939–1945.
