Dedicated in 1982. Brick memorial with a black marble plaque and white marble plaque inserted on either side. The black plaque has sculpted silhouette of a soldier and 3 gold badges with lettering.

Refurbished 11 November 1986. Sgt Bob Moles, RQR Toowoomba, was model for soldier's silhouette on marble plaque sculpted by Tom Farrell.
