Mapleton Memorial Cairn
The First War Memorial erected in Mapleton. Constructed of dark basalt stones, and topped with a peaked concrete cap. A small white plaque has been inserted in the front centre. The memorial sits on a stepped base and has white fence posts and chain surrounding. A flagpoles sits directly behind the memorial.
