A carved, timber Honour Board listing Officers from the Water Supply Department, Queensland who served during the First World War.

The board is ornate and exhibits scroll carving on the top and lower flanks. A capitol design sits on the superior aspect, with 1914 ROLL OF HONOUR 1919, displayed across the lowest portion.

There are 10 individuals listed on the memorial in two columns of five. The text is painted gold lettering.
